Update on How to Access Services

Reepham & Aylsham Medical Practice are updating how to access services. Starting Tuesday 24th May 2022, we politely ask all patients to contact us in the first instance via our website at www.aylshamandreepham.nhs.uk or by using our automated phone services, which are both available to use 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Routine appointments and general enquiries can be submitted by visiting our Consulting Room. These will be viewed and responded to within 2 working days, often sooner. More information on how to navigate this website can be found by visiting www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJBO1jibGUA.

Our automated phone line can be used to record a message that, where appropriate, will activate a call back from our team. If this is during triage hours from 08:00 to 10:00, this will take place on the same day. All other queries will be listened to and responded to within 2 working days. If you are unable to use the above or require speaking with a member of the team, this service will be available between 11:00 to 13:00, Monday to Friday.
