What does it do?

  • Book or cancel appointments
  • Order repeat prescriptions
  • Leave a message to request a call back from our team

How the System Works

1. Call the surgery on either 01263 733693 or 01603 870271.

2. Select Option 2.

3. Enter your Date of Birth as 6 digits e.g. 010260 followed by the star key (*).

4. Enter your telephone number (any number registered with your medical record) followed by the star key (*).

5. Await verification of your details.

6. Follow prompts for the required service.

Book Appointments

Record a message between 08:00 and 10:00 triage for a same day response.

Any other time (24/7) for a response within 2 working days (routine queries).

Please make sure you press the star (*) key at the end and wait to hear your appointment is confirmed. If the call is ended earlier your message will not be received.

Order Repeat Prescriptions

Follow steps 1-6 above.

Once prescription services are selected, enter your pin. (note this must be collected from the dispensary before using for the first time).

Prescription options will then be presented. Follow the prompts given to make a request.

Make sure you hear a confirmation message to know your prescription has been ordered.

Your prescription will be sent to your allocated pharmacy or will be ready to collect from the dispensary after 3 working days.
